The surfaces of the guideways had to be re-milled due to substantial wear.

Vertical fitting of the milling machine beds in the wide-frame drawing press and simultaneous re-milling of 4 ram slideways, under 45 degrees, to 2 uprights.

Milling of the 145 x 3200 mm slideways with two 4000 mm milling beds. Parallelism and angle deviation from the reference surfaces 0.1/1000mm.

In addition, several functional surfaces were milled onto the inner side of the uprights with a 1500 mm milling bed.
