Metalock re-machined a generator rotor seal diameter in situ to remove scoring and re-establish the new required diameter within the tolerance and runout parameters and the required surface finish.
The shaft remains stationary and our orbital machine rotates around the shaft.
A new white metal bearing was machined with all the correct clearances to suit the new diameter.
